Saveetha School of Engineering functioning under
Saveetha University is organising a 24hour nonstop
“Hacakathon” on 20th& 21st Feb 2015, to develop applications
on various platforms viz., Android, Web, IOS, Windows. Linux etc.
This Hackathon would satiate the need of the day in
fields such as academics, banking, provisional stores, web designing and games.
The right moment has come to make dreams come into reality for the students
to take up this herculean task in large numbers. The golden era
of a new renaissance, escalating the path of privileges, is aptly
bestowed on Saveetha School of Engineering, in an attempt to showcase
the blooming potentialities of young minds. 35 teams comprising 150 students
would take up this venture in 24 hours’ time duration. As a mark of excellence,
the students designing the best useful application would be bequeathed with
commendable prizes under the criteria of critical thinking, association of ideas,
extemporizing models and altruistic by nature which will
ultimately serve the society.
